An elegant entertainment room in Chorley | Mr Martin

Mr Martin got in touch with Urban Spaces early in 2022. He required extra space to use for entertainment and relaxation.

As his beautiful back garden in Chorley had ample space available, he wanted to use this to its best advantage by hiring us to construct a large garden room.

What type of garden room did the client require?

Mr Martin wanted a large, stylish garden room to use as an area for recreation, entertainment, and kicking back with a beer or two.

The client also wanted an internal bar constructing, along with a sheltered outdoor area that he could use for seating.

Urban Spaces provided a free, no-obligation quote for the project. Then, we set to work creating a bespoke garden room to give Mr Martin the space he needed.

What was our garden room solution?

Urban Spaces constructed a large, rectangular garden room on a concrete base for the Martin family, measuring 6m by 3m.

We wrapped the exterior of this garden room in Siberian larch cladding. We chose this type of cladding as it is extremely durable as well as being highly cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing.  Therefore, this cladding was a perfect solution for this elegant garden room in Chorley.

The client chose to pair 3 metre anthracite bifolding doors with matching fascias and two floor-to-ceiling windows to complete this stylish look.

Urban Spaces installed a Firestone rubber roof and a vapour barrier. Therefore, Mr Martin’s bespoke garden room was protected in all weathers.

We constructed an internal bar, and created a sheltered pergola for Mr Martin to enjoy drinks outside with his family.

Additionally, we created a patio area from Indian stone, measuring 52m². This completed Mr Martin’s garden beautifully.

We finished this large garden room by fully plastering the interior walls, installing laminate flooring, and providing a full electrical package. Consequently, the entertainment could commence immediately!
